Alison Krauss one of most popular and successful Country Musicians born on July 23, 1971 in Decatur Illinois the United States of America. Alison Krauss and LeAnn Kymes were the two youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer-songwriter and bluegrass country musician. She was born on the 23rd of July 1971. As a teenager, she made her debut in the music scene, having won local contests from the age of 10 of age and recording her debut album at 14 years. In 1987, she debuted her debut solo album following joining Rounder Records. After that, she was asked to join Alison Krauss Union Station, the band she currently performs together. Her debut album as a collective with this group came out in 1989.
