April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. She's known for playing Kandi in the CBS comedy show Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. She is best known for her role as Stacy Barrett, the American television character from Drop Dead Diva and Kandi in Two and a Half Men. She started her career with modeling before moving on to films and TV series. Her debut appearance on the small screen came as an extra on the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation followed by single-episode appearances in various other shows. Soon after, she was able to land the breakthrough part of Kandi as Kandi in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby has earned worldwide attention for her role as Stacy Barrett, in the hit series Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played Rita Farr/Elastigirl for the American web-series Titans. She will be reprising her character in a spinoff from The Doom Patrol series. Bowlby made an appearance in TV films, such as Sands of Oblivion or The Wrong Daughter. Her debut on the big screen was All Roads Lead Home. Then she appeared in movies like The Slammin Salmon, and From Prada To Nada. Bowlby's most recent role was Natasha the 12-year old girl who lost her mother in the result of an accident in her car. Bowlby will be in the upcoming 2008 comedy movie The Slammin Salmon as Mia.
