Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on December 30, 1986. Having caught the public's attention in 2010 through her hits "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses," British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly rose to the highest of the charts thanks to her enthralling electronic pop style. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. The soprano's quirk and her ability to compose catchy, but deeply honest songs place her at the forefront for popular music of the present along with arty and independent pop. Polydor Records offered her a contract as an important label. She started to plan for the release.
